FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I have placed an order and am awaiting delivery, when can I expect my order to arrive?
The turn around time for each of our products varies, this information can be found in the product description on our website – this may be up to 6 weeks. Postage within Australia usually takes 4-6 business days however there can be occasional delays especially during busy periods. If your Playmat hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks of postage please contact us here so we can look into this for you.
How do I know if my order has been shipped? And can I track it myself?
Once your order has been posted you will receive an email confirmation which will include a tracking number along with a link for you to track the delivery status with AusPost.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! We offer a flat rate postage cost of $30.00 to post worldwide. This will be added at checkout for you. Please allow our standard turn around time plus an additional postage time of 15 business days for your order to arrive.
What happens if my parcel gets lost in the mail?
In the rare instance your parcel has not yet arrived and your tracking number provides no updates please contact us so we can begin an investigation with AusPost for you. This may take up to 10 business days.
Can I update my address after the order has been placed?
If you have changed address after placing your order please contact us immediately. Unfortunately if your order has already been posted prior to you making contact we will be unable to make any changes.
I have placed an order but would like to change the design, is this possible?
If you are needing to make a change to the design of your product please contact us within 24 hours. We may be able to accomodate outside of this time frame dependant on the current progress of your item.
Where can I find aftercare instructions for my item?
All of our products are machine washable, for specific after care instructions on each item please refer to the product description.
