Postage within Australia is FREE! International postage is calculated at checkout.
At Jhett and Co all of our products are lovingly handmade therefore turn around times may apply. Please refer to the product description for an accurate turn around time prior to ordering.
We do accept RUSH orders (faster turn around time) as well as EXPRESS postage. Please contact us prior to placing your order so we can quote you accordingly.
All orders are sent via Australia Post and include tracking which will be sent via email immediately after dispatch. Postage time is usually 3-5 business days within Australia.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days please contact us here so we can look into this further with Australia Post. In rare instances Australia Post may need to investigate the whereabouts of the parcel which may take up to 10 business days.
If your address has changed since you have placed your order please ensure you let us know prior to postage. A postage fee of $20.00 is applied if orders are returned and need to be resent due to incorrect postage details or failure to collect from local Post Office.
Jhett and Co does not take responsibility after postage for any postage delays however we will always follow up on these for you should they occur.
Please choose carefully when selecting items as we do not offer refunds or changes to orders due to Change of Mind as most of our items are made to order.
We have a 2 week warranty on all items for your peace of mind however we do not accept any refunds or replacements after this time frame.
If your item has arrived and it is incorrect or there is a fault please contact us via the below returns form within the 2 week warranty timeframe. Please do not tamper with or alter the product in any way as this will void our warranty and we will be unable to issue a refund. If your product is incorrect or does have a fault and we are unable to replace this for you we will issue a refund. We will cover any postage costs associated with the return.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to general wear and tear over time, misuse or damage due to not following care instructions.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any Sale or Clearance items. If damage has occurred this will be reimbursed with a Store Credit or replacement.
All of our products at Jhett and Co are handmade, which is what makes them so unique! Due to the handmade nature of our products small imperfections / differences in shape, size and colour can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product and should not be seen as a fault. They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended.
